So I guess these Random Read posts are turning into life updates as well, lol. I finally started my January pick, The House in the Cerulean Sea. It’s actually pretty funny. I’m also currently reading two other books, including one for my job’s virtual book club. I was hoping to break out of my shell (seeing how I’m the new hire) so I joined and we’re reading Dark Matter by Blake Crouch. Not a book I’d normally pick up, which is the good thing about book clubs.
So now I’m four books behind on my reading challenge (smfh) and reading a bunch of books at the same time…hope this evens out a bit next month. Being back at work with a 60/40 schedule has thrown everything off. Trying my best to get back on track tho. I’m thinking about having a little personal read-a-thon over the weekend…
